🛂 Travel Requirements

• Ecuadorians: valid passport that does not expire within the next 7 months from the return date of the trip.
• Foreigners: check with your respective consulate.
• Minors traveling with only one parent must present the original notarized authorization signed by the other parent to leave the country.

• Payment can be made in Cash, Check, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (Visa – Mastercard).

🚫 Trip Cancellation Policy

• If for any reason the reservation is changed or CANCELED, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• If passengers do not show up for the tour or cannot travel for any reason, they will be considered NO SHOW and a 100% penalty will apply, with no type of refund available.
• We suggest purchasing travel assistance insurance for USD 50,000.00, with coverage for illness or accident. Daily cost USD 5.00.
