Booking Conditions

• Initial deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,300 must be paid at the time of booking to secure the package and guarantee availability.

• 25% payment due by November 20, 2025

• Final payment due by January 15, 2026

Travel Requirements

• Must have no legal restrictions preventing departure from the country – CLICK HERE TO CHECK

• U.S. or Canada Visa, depending on the host city

• Ecuadorians: Valid passport that does not expire within the next 7 months from the return date

• Minors traveling with only one parent: Original notarized permit signed by the non-traveling parent
