📜Booking Conditions

• Reserve with USD 150.00
• 50% 60 days before departure
• The full payment of a reservation must be made up to 30 days before departure.
• If a reservation is made 30 days before departure, the full payment must be completed within 24 hours after the booking is made.
• When a group is booked less than 45 days before departure, the full payment must be completed within 24 hours after the booking is made.
• INFANTS PAY 30% OF THE DOUBLE ROOM RATE, INCLUDING ECUADOR AND PANAMA TAXES.
• Infants: no luggage allowance (only a diaper bag).
• Overweight: USD 2.50 per extra kilo, charged by the airline.
• A passport copy is required to make a reservation.
• Travel documents will be sent once 100% of the program value has been paid.
• Card price is referential; consult conditions depending on the type of card used for payment.
• Prices subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservations subject to airline and hotel availability.
• Name change penalty: USD $200 up to 10 days before departure on charter flights.
• No date or destination changes are allowed.
• Upon billing, you agree with the detailed services and the penalties described in this service statement without exception.

• Ecuadorians: valid passport that does not expire within the next 7 months from the return date.
• Foreigners: consult with their respective consulate.
• Minors traveling with only one parent must present a notarized (original) authorization signed by the other parent to leave the country.

🚫 Payment, Change & Cancellation Policies

• If for any reason the reservation is changed or CANCELLED, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• If passengers do not show up for the tour or cannot travel for any reason, they will be considered NO SHOW and a 100% penalty will apply, with no refund of any kind.
• We recommend purchasing travel assistance insurance with accident and health coverage of USD 50,000. Daily cost: USD 5.00.
