• Ecuadorians: VALID PASSPORT that does not expire within the next 7 months from the return date.
• Foreigners: Check with your respective consulate.
• Minors traveling with only one parent: Notarized (original) authorization signed by the father or mother to leave the country.

• Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).

🚫 Trip Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client, the following refund policy will apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 80% of the payment made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 20 to 29 days in advance: 55% of the payment made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 10 to 19 days in advance: 30% of the payment made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance: no refund will be made.
• Expenses derived from flight issuance are excluded from this policy. Once flights are issued, they are subject to 100% charges.

We suggest purchasing travel assistance insurance with accident and illness coverage of USD 50,000. Daily cost USD 5.00.
