All content published by Red Bag Travel—including photographs, texts, descriptions, videos, logos, and digital material—is the exclusive property of the agency.

Booking Management & Use of Personal Data

To complete reservations for tours, lodging, transportation, or other travel services, Red Bag Travel only shares the necessary information with partner providers (hotels, airlines, local operators).
This process is carried out with the client’s consent and in accordance with Ecuador’s current data protection regulations.

The client may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

Changes Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of situations beyond control—such as natural events, strikes, road closures, or other force majeure—Red Bag Travel or its providers may modify itineraries, schedules, routes, or even rates.
Since these circumstances are not attributable to the agency, the client accepts such variations as part of the service conditions.

Supplier-Specific Clauses

Each service may include additional rules (such as airline baggage policies, hotel check-in schedules, or tour restrictions).
The client is responsible for reviewing and accepting these conditions before confirming their booking.

Information Protection

Red Bag Travel handles user information with high security standards and in compliance with Ecuadorian law.
Clients have the right to request access, corrections, or deletion of their personal information by sending a request through our official communication channels.

Commitment to Responsible Tourism

As an agency specializing in ecological and sustainable experiences, we prioritize low-impact environmental practices and respect for local communities.
These commitments complement—but do not replace—the standard terms of the tourism sector in Ecuador.
